What To Expect On
Photoshoot day
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Expect to be at the shoot for about 30 minutes amount of time to account for photography and reviewing.
- Wear clothing you are comfortable in but be business casual. Have your hair and makeup the way you are comfortable with. We prefer these photos to be “season-less” as well as discourage busy patterns. Click here for Corcoran’s Agent Portraiture Standards.
- Photos will be taken with several croppings for corcoran.com and marketing tools so please be prepared for a full body shot.
- Anyone unaffiliated with Corcoran will not be allowed on the shoot.
- $200 per hour (accommodating up to 2-4 agents with 2 retouched photos sized to Corcoran specs-needed per agent)
- Please provide at least 2 days notice for scheduling. HomeJab will contact you within 24 hours if there are any issues scheduling at your preferred time.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of a confirmed shoot will result in a $50 fee.
A representative from HomeJab will be contacting you within 48 hours regarding your Corcoran shoot.
