Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: If you need to cancel/reschedule, please email:
[email protected]. There is no charge to cancel or place a shoot on hold when HomeJab is notified at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled shoot date/time (via email). When notified within the 2-hour window, the cancellation / shoot hold fee is $50. However, this fee can be waived if due to inclement weather. If the scheduled contractor shows up to the property and can’t get in, is unable to shoot the property, or the seller/agent cancels without notice a greater fee will be assessed. The fee is $50 + 50% of the quoted amount. For example, if the order is $200, the fee would be $150 total. If the scheduled contractor cancels or needs to reschedule for any reason on the same day of a confirmed shoot, HomeJab will refund $50 to your order. All reschedule requests are emailed to
[email protected] and require 24 hours notice for scheduling.
Re-edits & Re-shoots: Franchisees can request revisions to all media files by submitting a request in writing to
[email protected] or through their HomeJab account dashboard. One round of simple edits (i.e. video cuts, photo color/brightness correction) will be made at no cost, a second round of edits or custom editing (i.e., removing objects, virtual staging) will be an additional cost. If the media still does not meet the guidelines provided for the shoot, HomeJab will instruct a photographer to return to the property location at no cost to capture any missed shots.
