Coverage
Servicing all 50 states with 2,000 photographers nationwide. Most franchise markets are covered by HomeJab. A travel fee may be required for some outlier locations. To confirm address coverage, visit homejab.com/cities.
Account Setup
New users will be asked to set up an account when scheduling your first order on homejab.com/crunch. Existing users can sign in at the top right of the homepage to track orders and download media. Scheduling should still be done on homejab.com/crunch.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Scheduling: Franchisees will provide HomeJab with at least 2 business days notice for scheduling when submitting orders via homejab.com/crunch.
Cancellation / Reschedule: Email support@homejab.com. No charge to cancel or place a shoot on hold when notified at least 2 hours prior. Within the 2-hour window, the cancellation / hold fee is $50 (waived for inclement weather). If the contractor arrives and cannot complete the shoot, the full shoot fee may apply.
Payments
Due upon scheduling each shoot. Payments are made through HomeJab's online invoice powered by Stripe. Stripe accepts all major credit cards and ACH and securely stores Crunch Fitness's payment info so all payments after the first are automated.
Media Delivery
HomeJab delivers edited media within 2 business days of the shoot. Photos arrive as .jpg in 2K and 4K, 3D Tours via URL and embed code, and videos as .mp4 in HD1080. Access to all raw files from the shoot is available upon request.
Re-edits & Re-shoots
Franchisees may request revisions by emailing support@homejab.com or via the HomeJab account dashboard. One round of simple edits (video cuts, photo color/brightness correction) is included at no cost; additional or custom editing (e.g., object removal, virtual staging) may be billed separately.
