Servicing all 50 states with 2000 photographers nationwide! Most division markets are covered by HomeJab. A travel fee may be required for some outlier communities. To confirm address coverage visit https://homejab.com/cities/

First Time Orders

A $50 credit has been applied to every divisions’ account for their first order.

Deliverables & Naming Conventions

All media is provided at 2MB and higher.
Photographers have been educated in Star Ratings best practices!
All completed media will be delivered to the Lennar Box account.
Files will be named using Lennar’s asset specific naming conventions.

NOTE: Divisions are still required to add the amenity feature, room, series #s (ex.1of5), and other specifics to the end of the file name before submitting to the Digital Content team.
