Last week, Marc Benioff announced that Salesforce is going headless.
APIs as the UI.
Agents as the users.
It’s a big shift — and it’s exactly where software is going.
But most of the conversation is still focused on AI operating inside digital systems:
- updating CRM records
- triggering workflows
- sending messages
Important steps.
But still software managing software.
AI Is Already Doing Real Work
What’s getting less attention is what’s happening outside of software.
AI is starting to run real-world production systems.
At HomeJab, we’re seeing this play out in real time.
Not as a concept — but in how work actually gets done every day.
1. AI Is Creating the Output
We recently rolled out property highlight videos generated using AI models.
These are short, polished videos created from listing photos:
- smooth motion
- clean transitions
- consistent pacing
What used to take hours of manual editing can now be done in minutes.
Agents are using these videos across:
- listing pages
- social media
- marketing campaigns
It’s fast, scalable, and consistent.
2. AI Is Enhancing the Output
We’re also now able to generate near-perfect edits on demand.
Green grass.
Clean driveways.
Clutter-free rooms.
Every property can be presented at its best — automatically.
Instead of relying on manual editing or ideal conditions on shoot day, quality is now enforced by the system.
This creates a level of consistency that wasn’t possible before.
3. AI Is Evaluating Quality
Every photo delivered on HomeJab is analyzed by AI.
We score images based on:
- framing
- composition
- vertical lines
- overall balance
Photographers receive feedback automatically.
And importantly:
photographers with the highest scores get more jobs.
This creates a continuous feedback loop:
- better performance → more opportunities
- consistent quality → better outcomes for customers
AI isn’t just assisting. It’s managing quality at scale.
4. AI Is Starting to Execute the Work
We also recently released our API and MCP server.
This allows AI agents to:
- order photography
- schedule jobs
- manage logistics
- receive final media
No forms. No back-and-forth.
Just a request — and the system handles the rest.
Putting It All Together
This is the bigger shift.
AI is starting to handle the full loop:
- create the output
- improve the output
- evaluate the results
- execute the work
Not in theory. In production.
What Comes Next
Salesforce is making software agent-ready.
HomeJab is making the real world agent-executable.
That’s where things get interesting.
Because once AI can reliably execute real-world tasks, entire workflows collapse into a single interaction.
No switching tools.
No coordination overhead.
No delays.
Just outcomes.
