How Long Should a Real Estate Walkthrough Video Be?

When it comes to marketing a property, a well-made real estate walkthrough video can be a powerful tool.  A walkthrough video allows potential buyers to get a feel for a property without having to be there in person, and it can help you stand out from the competition. But how long should a real estate walkthrough video be?

Adding subtitles to a real estate walkthrough video is not necessary because the visuals alone are enough to convey the information to the viewer. People already know what a kitchen looks like, so there is no need to include the word “kitchen” on the screen. In fact, adding subtitles could be distracting and take away from the viewing experience.  So save yourself some time and skip the subtitles – your viewers will thank you.
